This week is an exhausting but interesting trip to San Francisco
A 3 days business trip
Day 1 meeting HP and Cisco
Day 2 team meeting
Day 3 visiting manufacturing and development sites
So I’m really excited but 8 hours time difference isn’t easy to manage. therefore this morning I was up at 3 in the morning and did some sport from 4 To 5 AM.
everybody has some tips and tricks to fight against jet lag, mine is I would say if it’s a short trip, to live between the two times zones. So waking up early and going early in Bed.
I will be tired yes but coming back will be easier than if I force myself to adapt to those 8h difference
