One thing I think all of us should do, is making some weekly physically activities
My experience is that by doing so, you’ve at the end more energy, you are more healthy and with some experience you can switch off.
for me this is one of the only moments where i can switch off, start thinking and just enjoy present moment.
listening to music while running in a city or in the nature, wow after I feel so good.
Physically tired but so refreshed in my head.
Sometimes it’s hard as you need to be disconnected from the world while running, you can’t work or do something else during that time but I’m convinced it’s time well invested.
