My 2nd lock down in fact

In 2004, I had committed to support Nato via Belgian Army, and went from June till nov in Kabul Afghanistan.

There wasn’t social distancing but being 5 months blocked in an area where you can’t go out. Being away from your family and friends and only way to communicate was phone.

So different situation, and other type of war but it feels a bit the same right now. 2nd month and 3 month out of the 5 where at that time the most difficult and keeping control of your Mind and body was key to keep positive attitude and making the best out of it.
